Não é a primeira vez que eu publico uma receita de geléia de cereja aqui no blog. Já publiquei uma geléia de cereja que eu usei numa cheesecake de frutas vermelhas.

Já essa receita de geléia de cereja leva morangos pra equilibrar a acidez e aproveitas as frutas que já estavam passando do ponto por causa do calor. Fica uma delícia! E ainda vai bem na ceia de ano novo com tender e carnes de porco.

Geléia de Cereja e Morango

Ingredientes

• 1 saquinho de cerejas (200g)
• 1 bandeja de morangos
• 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
• 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão

Modo de Preparo

Tire o caroço das cerejas e corte-as no meio. Pique os morangos grosseiramente. Coloque as frutas numa panela alta e cubra com o açúcar. Deixe descansar por 15 minutos, para que o açúcar tire a água das frutas. Acrescente o suco de limão e leve ao fogo baixo, mexendo de vez em quando, por cerca de 20 minutos ou até engrossar.

Guarde em um pote de vidro higienizado e bem vedado. Dura cerca de 20 dias na geladeira.

Fiz essa receita pensando num suco que eu tomei, delicioso, de abacaxi com geléia de maracujá e mel. Mas aí acabei experimentando no tender, e fica deliciosa!

Também serve pra fazer tortas e cheesecakes. Quando você encontrar maracujá em oferta, ou quando aquela frutinha estiver enrugando na fruteira, faça geléia e guarde congelada!

Geléia de maracujá

Ingredientes

• 2 xícaras (chá) de polpa de maracujá
• 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar cristal
• 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão

Modo de Preparo

Leve ao fogo baixo os ingredientes e deixe cozinhando até ficar com uma textura gelatinosa, cerca de 40 a 50 minutos. Mexa de vez em quando, principalmente da metade do tempo pra frente, pra não grudar no fundo da panela.

Se formar muita espuma na superfície, tire delicadamente com uma escumadeira – isso vai deixar a geléia mais transparente e mais bonita. Mas não joga a espuma fora não, aproveita pra incrementar um suco, ou coloque ainda quentinha por cima de uma fatia de bolo.

Rendimento: um vidro de cerca de 350ml ou 400ml

Conservação: 10 dias em geladeira (ferva o vidro e a tampa antes de usar, e coloque a geléia ainda quente nele). Congelado por até três meses.

E o suco? É só sujar um copo com a geléia e colocar suco de abacaxi bem gelado, adoçado a gosto com mel
